Establish a system to feedback the customers\u2019 demands from sales department to technical department quickly to help with new-product development.<\/strong> Since its establishment in September 1967, according to our policy \u201c CUSTOMER PREFERENCE<\/strong> \u201d, we have been producing a lot of superior products which are developed based on user-needs.<\/p>\r\n We have produced: \u201cSuper Green<\/strong>\u201d and \u201cOne Touch P Wheel<\/strong>\u201d which uses various accumulated technologies.<\/p>\r\n \u201cSuper Green Sigma 36<\/strong>\u201d was developed based on the concept \u201cUser-friendly grinding wheel\u201d, it is very easy to use, reduce the user\u2019s fatigue, and provides high grinding efficiency.<\/p>\r\n \u201cGreen Series Products<\/strong>\u201d brings increasing grinding and polishing efficiency dramatically.<\/p>\r\n We always keep our policy \u201cCUSTOMER PREFERENCE<\/strong>\u201d in mind and continue to try something which no one else does. We will create a new stage for \u201cGrinding<\/strong>\u201d, \u201cCutting<\/strong>\u201d, and \u201cPolishing<\/strong>” wheels.<\/p>\r\n Our R&D department has about 20 engineers & technicians, rather large number of staffs for the scale of our company. They are responsible for providing better quality control and rationalizing daily production process. Thus we are leading the grinding wheel industry as a top manufacturer in Japan.<\/p>\r\n Our sales offices, warehouses, and sales agents are closely connected with each other. Our sales agents contact with more than 50,000 Japanese users daily.<\/p>\r\n Our customers include almost all of Japanese fundamental industries.<\/p>\r\n Since several years ago, we have started to export our product to Asia. Among the countries, our product\u2019s share of the Hong Kong market has increased rapidly and the share of the Chinese market has also increased gradually.<\/p>\r\n The most remarkable thing is that our financial reports never once have it shown in the red since we were founded. In the beginning our annual production was 1.8 million wheels and it reaches up to 20 million wheels now. Our annual sales reached about 2.9 Billion Japanese yen.<\/p>\r\n Our share of the Japan market still has increased gradually.
